La Trobe University's APPN node collects your name, email address, phone number, position and organisation to create your account, manage your facility bookings and contact you about them. No law requires you to provide them, but without them we cannot create the account. They are seen by APPN facility staff and the platform administrators who operate PhenoHub, and they pass through the service providers that carry our internet traffic, deliver our notification emails and hold our off-site backups.
